Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or online proof of purchase.
Refunds will be applied once we receive your item and we have inspected it and it is received in a suitable condition. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 -7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you receive it in a damaged condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged.

Damage:
If you receive the item damaged please take pictures of the packaging and damage to the product(s) and send to info@rackstore.online. Once we receive these we will contact you to discuss return.
You will be expected to re-package the product(s) and place a shipping label on it to be collected by our couriers or taken by you to a local post point.
Once we receive the damaged goods back we will refund or exchange the product(s).
